Smart pod, when will it arrive and what do i do with it?

Hi there, I’m new to this, when do i get my smart pod?

When the next batch is made, assuming that you have received your pebble and uploaded it. Then a pack will be reserved for you.
You need to keep journalling.
There will be instructions in the pack and there is information here in the treehouse.

Once your baseline of 10 days of journaling with the app is complete, the next step is to confirm your address and receive a small surprise from us to confirm that your Pioneer Pack (containing your sofi pod and plant formulations) will make it to you - wherever in the world that might be!

Once you’ve received your surprise, we ask you to upload an image of it via the app, and follow the final steps there, so that your Pioneer Pack can be officially reserved under your name and shipped to you following the next production wave.

I hope that helps and keep up the good journaling work! We’re so excited to have you onboard and can’t wait to get some of our plant-pod formulations into your hands.

Hi Alex, am i still going to get the free starter pack? I havent been able to subscribe yet as i havent had the opportunity to trial any of them to see if they work for me. And if i do get the trial, will i still be able to subscribe at the cheaper rate set for life? I was supposed to get the starter pack in September but then it all changed, and im still suffering terribly with my lack of sleep :pleading_face:

Thanks for messaging! Your starter pack remains reserved under your name following your pebble photo submission!

We have a recent update that explains the updated timeline for receiving your free starter pack with chamomile. This in light of the changes coming up as we prepare for our first customer shipment: Changes to our Pioneer Studies moving forward

Our promise remains, the Pioneer Program will be free and those with a revered Pioneer Pack will receive a Starter Pack following production in Dec later this year. We know that the wait time can be frustrating, but we are doing everything we can to speed our time (and quantity of production up) so that we can get sofi into your hands - as well as hundreds of other patient Pioneers - as fast as we possibly can.

We completely understand your desire to wait and to trial sofi before committing to a subscription with us and I hope that helps to clarify! x

Do we have any idea when we will get our pioneer packs? Been waiting a while to test my first…

Hi @GirlInterrupted - valid question!

Our current ETA is winter launch; we had to change the date of production due to the changes in our Pioneer Studies and peaked numbers of Pioneer subscriptions. You can find more information about it if you follow the link provided in the messages above! :herb: :pray:

You should have received an email at the beginning of November with all the details for how to qualify. I have gone ahead and re-sent it now (please let me know when it is received!) and should you wish to participate per the conditions there, we would be more than happy to add you into our Discovery Program (with all three sofi starter plants), as it is not too late :partying_face::pray:)

PS should you find that some of our emails are redirected to junk or spam (this can happen due to the contents of the email offering free Programs, links to checkout, etc), then it can help to add “hello@sofi.health” as a trusted email contact to ensure future communications make it to you safe and sound :slight_smile:

Hi Alex, i sent my trial pod back last week. Sorry it took so long, but ive had a family illness and death so it totally slipped my mind. I think i paid a deposit of £10 from my card ending 1836, i hope this is correct, so you can refund it. Kind regards, Tracy
