Hi @Kaveh, Passion fruit and grapes for breakfast. Must remember to wash well before opening as outer skin can contain toxins? Skin also needs to look bumpy in appearance, this enhances the sweetness apparently. It’s an unusual taste but I’m getting to quite like it even though doesn’t look too appetizing when opened up.

I definitely need to try this …. This morning I alpha tested a feature that’s coming out imminently @CjaJose … and it’s really not bad … really can’t wait for it to get released! In the meantime … will figure out some refreshing breakfast having barely survived 40C!! Hope you managed to keep cool last two days! :pray:

Mine had dropped drastically while you started to adjust the algorithm, but it’s back to 100 now :relaxed: i can’t wait for ny paxk to arrive! Were they supposed to stsrt to ship (the big packs) thia week??

That’s amazing @annajozwik1991 … no idea how you got up to 100 … I have little doubt you are super exceptional but just double checking systems now x can I ask have you been journalling every day consistently for a little while or did you recently restart journalling? :pray:

As far as formulations and Pioneer Packs, we are busy mixing this week (photos to come once we’re out of the thick of it!), with filling planned to take up the whole day on Friday. This means the first shipment to UK Pioneers will be leaving the sofi lab on Monday - to be with most Pioneers by the end of next week!

I have been journalling around the start of the s1 for about 20 days and then restarted about 40days ago. I have a reminder set on my phone and im trying tk make sure i always journal while im still in bed, so the time is almost perfectly the same every day, i wonder if that’s the the reson for hight score​:thinking:… or maybe it’s the fact that my sleep is consistently absolutely rubbish :joy:

That’s so exciting! I am absolutely buzzing to get my pack, i waa working hard to ensure I have a good baseline and can’t wait to see how is my body reacting to passiflora! I am also making some other changes in my life like being more active too, so im hoping that will start helping wlthe depression, anxiety and insomnia

@annajozwik1991 of your score moves around a little bit don’t be disheartened … you are a metronome of efficiency and we looked at the data and were blown away by it … but we also spotted an error in the sofi brain code … so as your score comes down it doesn’t mean you are any less exceptional … just your feedback is helping us spot a few rare edge cases! xx :pray:

Journal score is very up and down at present. Have not missed a day of consistent journaling yet am now at 87. Hard to fathom. Think I’ve been out of spray for about 6 weeks or more and am finding good sleep hard to come by at the moment.

Morning Charlotte … the sofi score is something that sofi generates to give feedback to each of us about how consistent the data we are providing her is … the reason consistency helps sofi is because she is running a bunch of mathematical models continuously in the background listening for a signal whether a particular plant is helping with improved sleep or calm. The way she does this is she compares the natural variability between how we sleep before we take a plant (hence why we encourage all pioneers to continuously baseline even when not taking a plant) to when we start spraying say valerian or passiflora. Once the data from the sofi stick starts coming in what sofi does is try to see whether she can make better estimates of how you are going to sleep using your historic variability or sleep before taking the plant, just random chance or the new data coming from spray activity from the stick. The higher your score this is a simple way for sofi to tell us that she is getting a consistent level of data with which she can begin to look for a statistically significant observation. If you have a high sofi score she can either decide this plant is having an effect and how much or that this plant doesn’t hit the pathways that would improve your sleep and it is time to change to a different plant hitting a different pathway of sleeplessness (sleep has 9 has pathways and calm 4). A low sofi score means that you need to help sofi by being more consistent otherwise she will never be able to make a confident observation from the level of journaling and spray activity. I have not yet received my stick but I noticed others have. Is this why my score is still 59 as opposed to 9 or 4? Thanks for taking the time to explain. I appreciate you guys are busy
