Only use one plant pod at a time (beginning with the colour/number assigned), but ideally you want to take three sprays in the evenings after dinner and then a further three sprays just before you go to bed!

So start with the N1 pink one not the green or blue?

@HayleyIoM It depends on which colour paper slip you received?
While the bottle numbers do not change, (for example, pink is always n.03) the paper slip will determine if that’s the plant pod for you to start with or not!
