Today after 6 sprays, counter has only reduced by 2 . App no longer acknowledges Sofi stick (S2) and I have to continually reinstall the app to pair . Am using v2.6.5 in Samsung S8.

Have you tried to remove your pod when this has been happening. I’ll copy in @alexwalkerjones to help with this.

Hi @CjaJose thanks so much for this - I’ll bring @Kirill into this so we can open up a case. @tinaspain is also finding that not all sprays are counting so there is likely something happening behind the scenes, and we’ll take a look ASAP.

Thanks for sharing and sorry you’ve encountered this issue. Instead of reinstalling could you please try to log out, log in and go through pairing process again?

Tried all the usual ways except for logging in whilst doing a
handstand @OberonMoon. That’s next. Lol

Hi @Kirill and @alexwalkerjones just sprayed 3 times and counter did not move, still shows 27 left. Have logged out and back in again at 6pm. Will try pod at about 10pm.
