Definitely the Bluetooth talk to each other sometimes if the internet is slow that can have a negative effect
I’m no expert but usually if you log out then back in it should recify it

You shouldn’t need a code to pair with Sofi
Have you logged out of Sofi app then re enter your email and password to log back in
I know some pioneer’s are having the same problems
As Chris said it should be pairing through the app not Bluetooth settings itself, try not to get too frustrated with it though as Chris also said you’re not alone there are some other pioneers having this issue but I’m sure the team are working on a solution
Thank you @Aaron & @chris.king5 …Alex and I did a zoom call on Thursday and Kaveh was trying to help as well. I think it’s the actual stick itself is the problem.
Hopefully I’ll get sent a new one …
Yes @chris.king5 I rebooted my phone turned my data off and just had WiFi.
Hope you get a new stick and it solves all the issues
Without the bluetooth active the sofi stick and the sofi app cannot communicate and establish a data bridge together @mandy.lodge91 … we just are in the process of release a survival guide for pioneers @mandy.lodge91 and let me know if the steps in here help you with addrssing this pairing issue. I have also added @alexwalkerjones in here so we can follow your progress.
