I am attempting to sign in to record my second day, but unable to. Please help.
Morning @mmendelson04 snd thank you for being with us on this journey. Can I check, when you sign in, do you mean you launch the sofi app and you have to put in your log in details? Is it because you logged out? Reason I ask is I never log out once I’m in the app and every time I launch the app it’s working so trying to understand. Adding @alexwalkerjones who can also support you to make sure you are back in
I’ve noticed a few things happening since the last update. I logged a journal entry and it didn’t show on the sleep history. I thought I was getting mad but I made a point of observing it and it happened again. The other issue is that I’m being asked about the flavour of the S2 formulation as everything is now set to go but I haven’t received the pods yet so I’ve been just writing that I can’t give an opinion without the pods. Not sure if it’s ok to go on like that just so I enter something? BTW On S1 I got a lot of questions about flavour, nearly daily. I saw another post here about it, and comparing mine to another user he told me it’s been ages since he last got a flavour question? What determines that?
Thanks so much for highlighting this Julia! The dev team are prioritising this for today, as we have been tinkering with our Program flow and I believe all our S1 Pioneers have now been a little fast tracked as a result
One thing you did mention was the frequency of the pod flavour questions.
When a pod is inside the sofi stick, and the stick is paired, you should receive a variety of questions on flavour over the course of 10 days (per plant pod). This includes a question on 1. initial taste perceptions, 2. a follow-up on the taste of the pod after a few days of use… what you like about it…what could be improved…etc - and 3. whether or not your experience of the taste has shifted over the total 10 days.
These questions with naturally occur alongside your sprays with each of your flavoured plant pods, however should you wish to return to normal “baseline” journaling (for example, at the end of your 30 trial with the pods), you can do this by removing any pods from your sofi stick, logging out, and logging back in.
I hope that helps to clear up some of the variation and, of course, it’s not impossible that you may have been experience a bug if you were receiving the same question each day. Thank you kindly for hanging in there with us and do keep the feedback coming!

Could you please confirm that you don’t have an S1 formulation in your paired sofi stick? Technically we can’t differentiate between S1 and S2 formulations so we are assuming that if you have a paired stick with an inserted pod then it’s passiflora (S2).
To add to what @Kirill has said @fcjulia - of course, as we haven’t yet shipped S2 Pioneer Packs that your passiflora pods aren’t actually yet paired. But feel free to remove your S1 pods —> log out —> log in again to revert to baseline journaling as we approach the lead up to the S2!
Thank you both. I had indeed an empty spray bottle in the stick and the stick was paired so in the last 2 days I journaled it assumed it was a new S2 spray as you explained. I followed your instructions and un-paired the stick and app is now showing me the baseline as active (white flower), thank you!
I press on it, but nothing happens. I don’t know how to record my second day. I leave it on and don’t log out. Not sure what to do. Thank you.
Hi @mmendelson04 - thanks for the screenshot! It’s always very helpful for jus to get eyes on what you’re seeing! By swiping right on your progress page (the page pictured with the white journaling flower) you should return to “home” where you’ll find your new journal ready for the day!
I’m attaching some images below of the message that shows before and after journaling. You can simply tap on where it says, “journal now” to begin journaling.
I am having a few issues with my app too. Just little glitches with things. My yesterdays journal report has disappeared

Hi Kaveh, all seems good now and i have finally been able to add my address without the autofill stopping me!
I missed 2 days journalling over the weekend because the App wouldnt let me but back on track now and loving the look of the new App.
