Thought it would be good to do an update on my spraying. I see that since I first mentioned this quite a few of us have had problems . I have tried very hard to do everything right. Made sure the pod was always charged. Have taken my time with the spraying. It still seems a bit hit and miss whether each one is registered. Looking back over a week there have been a few days which only have 2 reegistered when I have definitely done 3.
Hi @Meg - you are definitely not the only one experiencing spray count and battery charge issues - perhaps even a combination of both!
I am in conversation with our mechanical and electronics engineers to try and troubleshoot this further and see what we can do! Hope to have some news or updates for you soon, and your best is all we can ask in the meantime! xx
