Watching my sleep and mood get better has been great

I’ve always struggled with sleep, having this tool to watch how it affects my mood and how my mood has gotten better as my sleep has gotten better is great, I’ve also found it helps keep me accountable for my sleep too. How has everyone else found it?

Time answering the questions on the slider, because I think it depends on my mood and fatigue the time, and I find it very stressful.
I’m not 100% sure I understand all the questions anyway because I feel like I need an example for each one
The rest of it seems good

I found journaling in sofi app a great tool for connecting with the self. This simple daily practice really helps keep you in check about your own feelings and moods, when the temptation to avoid introspection and to just keep going about your life is so high!
