@alexwalkerjones @Kirill I was violently jabbing my tablet with my finger trying to get it to work while sitting at the library. If anyone had been paying attention to me they may have thought I was 
LOL. The guy sitting in the same area was snoring so I know at least he didn’t see me.

Morning @BrandNewMe have you tried installing it on your Android or iphone? The sofi app is really designed optimally to sit on a smartphone as there are narrower boundaries of potential variability in performance and capability. Tablets - and particularly Android tablets - are so variable! Let me know if it is possible to get the app on your phone. Adding @alexwalkerjones to help you with links and the process if you have any difficulty in this. So grateful for all the feedback on this! Just keen to get you to have a better experience with sofi faster!
There’s no room on my phone for more apps so I have to use the tablet. Something keeps using all the space even after deleting many.

Hi this morning I got asked everything twice but didn’t see the mood dialer . Than instead of see you tomorrow it gone back to journal now

Hi having a problem with my sofi app it wouldn’t open , kept closing , so as I have done in the past I powered off the phone and then turned it on again. But same problem uninstalled the app then installed again, wouldn’t pair my stick. I put a new battery in the stick. It still won’t pair the stick but green light on the stick. Now don’t know what to do. 
Hurrah!!! Good news my stick is up and running again. After a few uninstalls etc it just started again so

Just checked mine is playing up again it just let me go on to spray 
but now it flashes white and than nothing again

Every time I turn it off I can’t get back in have you tried to turn it off by swiping up and than open it?

Yeah I’ve also forced closed it, everything is working fine for me now, it may be worth trying again to reinstall it
