Hi I journaled this morning about 4am and when I have gone back into the app it’s asking me to journal again? Do I just complete again? Many thanks Jacqui

Hi @jacquij2010 - this is correct!
With the new app we have introduced new AM + PM journaling (journaling twice per day - or as often as you like - is highly encouraged) and we’ll now change up the questions you’re asked from morning to eve!
For the first journal of the day you’ll receive 10 sofi seeds, and subsequent journals are 5 I believe!
