I love the way everyone jere is here trying to help everyone the sofi ye should be so proud of how they jave come along i lobe wen i cant sleep there is always someone on jere the other night @pira was on late to try helpe tje people on jere are so good and kind even if tey cant help they atill say something to try help i love this journey

Ah! Amazing, thank you for mentioning this @sabrinahun! @lrakarid let me know if you have any luck entering your email with “gmail” to the forgotten password box and resetting within the 2 hour window - or we can teamwork it, and I sent the email and you reset :slight_smile:

@dannytobin68 sometimes the emails go into ur spam when i was waiting for an email about my box coming it had been sent and was in the spam all along :upside_down_face:

Hi was i just wondering qhen we do finish the 3 pods do we get more of different onesnor do we just send our kits back ohh i dont no what mafe me even thinknof that but it popped into my head and im just wondering what way things go after the 3 pods have finished an if us any idea what will come after that please thanks

We, as Pioneers, are at the core of sofi. And as long as sofi goes, and we hope that to be for a very long time, we will continue to support each other and all Pioneers whether it is as a community, or plant formulations xx we are not going anywhere :pray:

So i think :thinking: i have the what i 1st thought was the worst spray out ofvthe day but now i dntbeven taste it its just a normal thing :yum: for me so hopefully 1 and 3 is going to be alot better

Did you find that the taste evolved for you @sabrinahun from the beginning when you first tasted to now when you have braved the entire bottle?

Hi I have only 1 time had a problem with it and I got my email reset an done it as soon as 8 got the email anni haven’t had any problems or issues since :upside_down_face: and I am now having no problems qith connection with the stick to the app and I love it all thanks for having me on this journey qith u as I feel honoured :blush: to be on this journey :blush:

Yes i did now i dont even get the taste it is just a normal thing now an if the other 2 bottles where the same i wouldn’t have a problem with doing them i have actually even finished the bottle i will be lucky if i even get a spray tomorrow :sweat_smile: lol

and what about your sleep @sabrinahun : has there been a difference in quality and lengths of sleep? and/or have you noticed a changed in energy throughout the day?

@Kaveh hi so sorry for bothering you again but i have a small problem with sofa app it was all going great qith pairing a d registering the sprays since i learned that the app should be closed before pairing but last night :crescent_moon: qhen i was reading the message and linknu sent me and it had a link about everything an a link for sofi app so i done all that thought nothing of it as i had done my sprays an all but then today when i went to do my sprays its not opening the sofi app an i have been trying all day its pairing up tho as the stick light is going blue then lets me put in the password an all that an its green qhen i spary an all but the sofi app doesn’t want to open for some reason i was just wondering :thinking: about deleting the sofi app an then to install it again but before i dobtry it i have been trying to find the sofi app and i cant can u send me a link for the sofi app so i can delete an then download it again an if i do that will i still have all my stuff on the app as id hate to lose everything an i dnt have a problem qith the tree :deciduous_tree: house apps as there 2 different apps for some reason all i get is having problems i will send u a screen shot of what i get everytime ibtry open the app hopefully i can delete without losing everything as i haven’t had any issues whats so ever with app until i hit the l8nk to update is it possible to delete the sofi app an then download it again please :blush: an so sorry for bugging u but u have always been able to help me with the whatbever problems i have had and fix them :blush: thanksb

Hi Sabrina, I believe there’s currently an issue with the app a few of us other pioneers have reported to have the same issue, I uninstalled my app and reinstalled it and it worked for me you just have to pair your stick again, also have no fear you won’t lose anything , just for peace of mind though you’re not on your own :slight_smile: hope this helps somewhat.
