Despite updating my address a few weeks ago via direct message and adding my new address on the new app and then again when requested on the buttons page when the app updated again. My sofi stick has been delivered to my old address.
I am absolutely gutted.
Please can someone advise.

Just out of interest then are you in the UK or are you international ? As international shipping may take longer to be processed as from what I’ve heard in other threads

Good afternoon everyone i hope today is going well for you all, I’ve felt very tired the last few days my fibromyalgia is afecting me more this week, but im very happy to say @alexwalkerjones i have just received my S3 pack and it has made me very happy
