Does anyone else have a problem with the mood indicator bubbles? I am having problems either making the bubbles larger or smaller, and when i accidentally delete any and get them back, they shoot to the top and force the other bubbles to the top, then i cant move any. I have to keep closing the app and starting again. But its the making them larger or smaller, i have to put a lot of pressure on the screen and even then its hit and miss. All was fine until beginning of the week, then the app was different when i opened it, it has the colourful splash on the screen when i open it, it didnt before, i updated the app a few weeks ago, but its definitely not working now as well, i had no problems before, I’m wondering if its something to do with the 3rd wave coming out. @alexwalkerjones is anyone else having problems, and can i ask when the 3rd wave will be with me.
Hi @MissTQ, thank you for messaging with this issue. We have had a few issues with the bubbles loading and moving correctly around the screen, similarly to what appears to be occurring for you. I am tagging @Kirill here just in case, but I suspect it is a result of the new app (launching imminently) as we have build a bridge of sorts to transfer the journals and bubbling data - and this may be causing a range of unusual issues.
As soon as the app has updated for yourself, there will be a place just as you open the app for you to pop your current address and phone number so that we have this updated for our new systems moving forward. As soon as that’s received, we’ll print your shipping label and get the S3 on its way.
So grateful for the patience of our community and excited to be (finally!) so very close to launch. Xx
Hi @MissTQ , Yes i reported a similar problem a couple of days ago with bubbles stuck at the top of the screen.
I expect there are bound to be some glitches when so much work has gone into a new version of the app but im sure all will work smoothly soon. i hope things are moving in the right direction for you with your health
I wonder if the software guys got any sleep last night?
Yes, we do have a known bug with bubbles that are returned to the screen… they stick to the top and don’t react to gestures. We are fixing it and hope to have it working early next week. For now please be gentle with your bubbles and don’t pop those that you need
Awesome thx Gorky!
Having problems with the bubbles when journalling. Even today the same issue happened, the bubbles were there but didn’t have any labels on them, nor could they be moved around or changed in size. I tried going back and forth but the same issue occurs. The only way forward was to hit the finish button. It’s been like this for well over a week or more.
Hi Oliver,
We released a fix today and also your app must have updated. Please let me know how it goes tomorrow. If not working - I’ll appreciate the screen recording video shared to kirill@sofi.health
Hi,
Many thanks for your quick response and reassurance. The problem persisted today but I have just realised I was using the Ola app. I have now updated to the new app (which is very attractive and very nice to use) I will journal tomorrow and fingers crossed the bubbles are back as they should be.
All the best and thanks again,
Can’t edit to hear what you think @oliver75gaskell … they guys were working on some bugs with address and email confirmation today … I think once that’s solved and everyone reconfirms their shipping addresses S3 Ashwa packs get dispatched for the first wave of pioneers
Dont worry i lost all my bubbles & the last few days of journelling…hopefully it will all come back & get sorted!
Hi I had the same problem this morning bubbles kept getting stuck at the top of my screen. Had to close the app down and try again. I find it quite slow as well, but I’ve managed to complete the journal eventually. Loving the new messages added saying things like ‘be kind to yourself’ etc……it’s nice to be reminded that we should do that.
Has the latest app releases improved any hour experience at - I had lost my main page and now it’s back! Also @Tiredness20 and @jacquij2010 would be great to confirm which device you are on … so I’m on iOS and on v3.0.3 of the app
Im on android version 2.9.2 …i had an update two days ago and things keep moving/disappearing/reappearing. On the live chat function im being told that everything has been logged & info will catch up…fingers crossed!
That’s awesome … less about the misbehaving bubbles and more about the team following this. We are cancelling some internal meetings with dev team today so they focus on pushing fixes and patches in herding the bugs out of our code … they are aware of issues with the 2.9.2 on android … adding at @Kirill who can share an update when we have a new patch out! Getting there slowly and hugely grateful for all the feedback and help with getting our sofi into shape @Tiredness20
@Kaveh ……morning I’m
On IOS but how do I know app version? Sorry totally illiterate when it comes to things like that
Hi Kaveh
I am delighted to say that I have just completed my first journal using the update app.
I love it, you and your team have clearly put a lot of effort into creating a greatly improved experience for all of us pioneers!
Plus the bubbles were working perfectly with no issues at all!
Thank you so much to all at Sofi and I hope that all the other pioneers are as happy as me!
Hi, bubbled are still troublesome, and somehow it says I have 103 journal days, I was on 169 on the old app.
My journal days also appear to be different, but just increased slightly! Everything else when journalling just now seems to be on track.
I am sure the team are working on resolving issues, I hope you get the real results asap and have a positive experience from now on,
Hi @MissTQ
Logging out and back in should help as we’ve fixed the 100 journals bug today
