Hi @Littlepeabee - thanks for your message! As @drmudlark has kindly re-shared below, we posted an update a few days ago, including our shift in timelines.

In order for us to take preorders live as soon as possible (and finally become a business after two years in the making!) - the shipment of free Starter Packs will take place following our December wave of production (where our capacity to produce units significantly increases).

We appreciate that there is quite a delay and are doing everything we can to speed that up, in light of being significantly oversubscribed.

I think that knowing that there is someone to talk to 24/7 is very comforting. Those days when we dont feel our best is when we can reach out to the sofi community and discuss what is bothering us and put it to bed. We can then move on and face the day. Just want to say a huge thank you to all sofi members for being there when needed.

I’ve spent so long dealing with stuff on my own, simply because people couldn’t fully understand what I was feeling and going through, so it’s so amazing to be able to chat with such lovely people, who all can relate completely with how many ways sleep deprivation and anxiety can actually affect our daily lives!
I finally feel heard and supported in the right way! 🩷🩷🩷🩷
So I second the gratitude I feel for all you lovely sofi-ers 🫶🏽
