Mines the same @Kirill. Thank you.
@Kirill mines all good now, awesome app, thank you
Is it working on your side now @drmudlark … it’s up on my side!
Hi, i just wanted to report that the app keeps crashing when it gets to the bubbles.
Shared with the dev team, looking into it!
Hiya, I’m getting a couple of issues with my app.
Firstly ghost sprays! I have 6 sprays recorded between 2 & 3am when I wasn’t in the same room as my pod (my sprays from earlier in the evening recorded correctly!)
& Secondly it says I didn’t journal at all Sunday Monday and Tuesday which I did, but it does havr a journal for today which I haven’t done yet (it’s only just after midnight & I did my journal around 7.30pm) I know it’s not showing yesterday’s journal as today’s as it says 8.5 hours sleep & I definitely didn’t get that much!
As always thank you for all your hard work
That’s an incredible naughty sofi app and pod! We will have a look into this @freya.coxx … can I check which mobile and version of the sofi app you’re running? Adding @Kirill and @alexwalkerjones into here so we can monitor your experience
Thank you! I’m on android version 3.1.11
That’s brilliant @freya.coxx snd I’m sure @Kirill snd the dev team are on it … let us know if any of the latest releases improve the experience …
Sofi is obviously going through her rebellious teenage years… She has now stopped asking me how long/well I’ve slept, but I still get the focus, bubbles & slider questions daily
Hi @freya.coxx
If you are spraying, there are two journals a day now: one in the morning/early afternoon asks about sleep, evening if focused on calm/focus/bubbles
We’ll introduce notifications soon to remind you to journal twice!
Ahh gotcha!
Damn I’ve just been missing it, I usually journal in the evening. I’ll try to remember to journal first thing!
Thanks!
I’m getting ghost sprays too and some days it’s not logging the sprays at all.
I’m also having to plug the pod into charge each time as well to “wake” it up so my phone’s Bluetooth will connect.
Hi @AmyPasc - we recently touched base with our electronics engineer and got some information on what might be causing the technical difficulties you are experiencing above, as well as some top tips for helping resolve them.
Please check it out -and if nothing helps, we can always send your pod back to our incredible engineers to be updated / investigated, before returning it to you.
I’m having a couple of intermittent issues within the app.
Using an iPhone 12, iOS 16.5.1
The first is that when spraying from the canister, even when connected via Bluetooth, the count does not always move to reflect the spraying that is taking place. I was looking back, exploring the app today and noticed, for instance, that there were days when it showed that I had not used the spray at all.
The second is that I am having a very difficult time with the “bubbles.” I’m finding it very hard to expand/contract them without either just dragging them around or inadvertently getting rid of the one that I am trying to report on. This has been consistent since I started. I assumed that I would just “catch on” as I used the app more, but it has never improved for me.
Thanks very much!
Hi @JBovine - thanks so much for your detailed explanation, and your feedback is really appreciated!
There are a few things that can help ensure that the app registers each and every spray:
- making sure the sofi app is always open, so that the pod and formulations are successfully paired (this also allows you to watch each spray count down)
- the smart pod can also be a bit stubborn when recording a press, and can require some strength. Pressing all the way down hard, with a slight 1 second pause between sprays can consequently really help.
- to help us know whether a spray has been successfully captured, there is a green light that should trigger with each successfully register of a press. It would be great to test this out and see when and whether or not this green light is coming on.
Hopefully that helps! As for the bubbles, I’d be happy to look into the way these are displaying and reacting for you, as it may be something specific to your device. Should you wish, you can send over a screen recording of your normal use, and I can ask our app team to take a look
I was able to sync yesterday into my phone the pod but I’m having trouble today it won’t connect is there anything else I can do I’m going to keep trying I’m on my first one
Morning @Patty1118 and so lovely to hear from you … let’s check to make sure you have a charge on your sofi pod … if you take your capsule out and press down on the sofi trigger do you get a green light … if so we have power … if not leave your sofi pod on a usb c charger for five minutes, take the cable out and let us know if you can pair … adding @alexwalkerjones here so we can follow your progress
Yes it does turn green but I still can’t pair it
