Is there any way to verify if my pods had been shipped so that if they have not I’m not still waiting for it everyday lol I keep hoping today will be the day but today is never the day.
Hi @Azz - welcome to the treehouse! I can confirm your address has been received and we are just waiting on some new stock to ship out your sofi surprise! It should be headed your way by next week
Hi @kteach99 and @t-michelle - we have reason to believe that a handful of Pioneer Packs were never shipped, and via our audit have slowly but surely (1–by-1) been able to narrow this down to exactly which Pioneers may have been effected.
The good news (aside from the fact that we are blessed with incredibly patient and understanding Pioneers) is that new Pioneer Packs will be making their way out of our lab as early as next week.
I will post an update here as soon as the first wave has gone! And another to you individually once we have got your Pack through US customs.
Hi Alex, just to confirm that I received a starter pack with 2nd generation caps. I did have a problem with the first and second sticks not recording properly but everything seems to be working fine now that I’m on my third stick.
