Thatās a relief Iāve been all over the place between having my gp try seroquel this week. Last week it was stillnoct and the nightly diazepam and the melatonin and the valerian spray. Not surprised I wonāt sleep tonight because I had the same cocktail but added in cannabis in capsule form and was like a puddle this morning. I was not steady on my feet at all. Quite shocking actually. So my biggest stop is overdoing it and hoping for the best. I got 12hrs on my last run through with the usuals"" and the cannabis and hemp oil capsule(these are a specific medical strain) I just went over board the second time (12 hrs again!) Plants are powerful.looking forward to passiflora as ive never tried it. (I had tried valerian in powder pill form)

Hi Alex , Iām sorry to be a real pain, but I havenāt received mine either. I Canāt wait to start on the pods and hopefully get on the road to better sleep. Thank you.

I have read that S2 refills are being sent which really makes me wonder if I will evet get my pioneer pack. I received my pebble over 2 months agoā¦

So pleased you found us @lyndsayhuish and glad you are with us on this journey. Canāt wait to see how you and passiflora are going to get along! We are also drawing up plants (still trying to see if it is feasible) for the gap between the S2 and S3 programs (ashwagandha) to supply refill packs of valerian for new S2 Pioneer Programs who never had an opportunity to test Valerian during S1. But for now canāt wait to see you get started with passiflora. In the meantime, wishing you a wonderful restful night.

One night in and my deep sleep doubled, i normally get 20/30 mins a night, last night got 1 hour 4mins! Maybe fluke, time will tell, delighted to have been given this opportunity
